I was delighted with the charming and cozy decoration of the hotel. The warm colors and traditional Thai elements created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and always clean, perfect for senior people like me to relax and enjoy. Additionally, I must mention that the hotel's accessibility was excellent. The ramps and elevators made it easy for me to move around without any trouble, which is especially important for senior guests like myself.

I believe that the hotel could improve the service provided by the staff. While the children working there were polite, I would have appreciated more attentive and helpful assistance.

The rooms at Phuketa Hotel are absolutely amazing! They have a cozy feeling with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. The private terrace with direct pool access is a dream come true. I loved the natural light that fills the room and the air-conditioning kept me cool throughout my stay. The cable TV and tea/coffee making facilities were a nice touch too.

Personally, I found the rainfall showerhead in the bathroom a bit overwhelming. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others might enjoy it.

During our recent stay at Phuketa - Sha Extra Plus, we were impressed by the beautiful pool access rooms. The convenience of being able to jump directly into the pool from our balcony was amazing. The hotel's cleanliness and standard of service were exceptional, making our stay truly enjoyable. The staff, especially Pu from housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also appreciated the good quality gym and delicious food at the restaurant. Despite a slight drainage issue that was quickly resolved, we found the overall experience at Phuketa - Sha Extra Plus to be fantastic. With its lovely pool access rooms, attentive staff, and great amenities, we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the main street with easy access to local street foods and convenience stores like 7-11. There are also many restaurants within a short walking distance. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel even offers motorbike rental service, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions.

That the bathroom could use some improvement, as it was a bit old and had a slight odor.

A Great Budget Hotel with Excellent Service

During my recent trip to Phuket, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming budget hotel called Phuketa - Sha Extra Plus. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were taken care of throughout my stay.

The only drawback I encountered was the disappointing breakfast. The choices were limited, and the food was often cold.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and had a pool, which was a great way to cool off during the hot weather. The hotel was located close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to find something to eat or buy souvenirs. the staff was friendly and provided good service throughout my stay.

My Christmas stay at the hotel was less than satisfactory. The room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around freely.

The hotel offered a variety of facilities including a refreshing pool, clean rooms, and a great breakfast selection. Staff were always friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's close proximity to the bus terminal made it easy to navigate transportation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The hotel also had great facilities, including a modern gym and a lovely pool where I could relax and cool off. The location was convenient, with a 7/11 just a few meters away and Big C across the street. I had a great experience and would definitely return!

The spacious and comfortable room was the best aspect of my stay during my business trip. The refreshing swimming pool was also a plus point. Another advantage is that there were many restaurants nearby to choose from. The hotel was situated in a lovely location with the sound of crickets and frogs instead of bar sounds and motorcycles.

The worst aspect was the problem with the drains which caused an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Although the young housekeeper did a great job of trying to fix it, the smell came back after 24 hours.

This hotel is located close to the beach and lively night life areas which is great for young holiday goers. The room was well equipped with modern amenities, spacious and had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the free wifi was a plus for staying connected.

There was a lack of variety in the breakfast spread.
